In 2022, I had the privilege of documenting a significant occasion at the Mpala Research Centre, where U.S. Ambassador to Kenya, Meg Whitman, visited to learn about ongoing research efforts in African wildlife conservation. The project was commissioned by Mpala Research Centre in collaboration with Princeton University, providing a unique opportunity to capture the critical interactions and shared commitments between leaders, researchers, and the local community.

Through my lens, I aimed to tell a compelling story of the dedication, innovation, and hope that surround Mpala’s research endeavors. From intimate moments of conversation to the breathtaking backdrop of Kenya’s landscapes, each image is a testament to the powerful link between people, wildlife, and the environment. The photographs from this project are now proudly featured on Princeton University’s international news platform, affirming my commitment to documenting meaningful stories that reach a global audience.

I am honoured to have contributed to this project, creating visuals that not only record the event but also evoke a deeper understanding of our shared responsibility to conserve and coexist with the world around us.

Explore my portfolio to experience the world through my eyes and join me in inspiring connection, protection, and a deeper appreciation for “people, places, passion.”
